Tribute to the great Apulian artist: Domenico Modugno.
The portrait of Voltarelli exalts the innovative and revolutionary side of Modugno, which has overturned the canons of the traditional songs, using it for social commitment purposes, and sometimes even political: redeeming the dialect from any case of limited and proletarian expressive means, rather than just exalting the poetic qualities.
Modugno is represented as a modern storyteller, played by Peppe Voltarelli only with the guitar and accordion.
